Luxury Enamels

Brushed finishes are a bit of an art, as the applicator must know how to paint the surfaces in the most aesthetically pleasing way possible with brush strokes that are subtly visible. Unless an oil enamel is being used, dust and air control does not have to be at the level of a sprayed finish. A sprayed finish results in a consistently uniform and luxuriously smooth finish. A spray finish requires extensive masking and creation of clean airflow through the work area.

For those who have seen well painted oil enamel, there is a noticeable difference in appearance and even feel. Oil enamel paints are more of a luxury finish, as they require strenuous dust control due to the long dry times, but the long dry times result in a sprayed like finish even when brushed. Because Eurolux has less fillers and deadeners, their flat is the only truly scrubbable and washable “flat” on the market. Coupled with higher quality pigments, the finish is simply more attractive.
